Returns:

Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving them.

Please keep them unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they arrived.

Personalized or custom items (including handwritten notes) cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Refunds:

Once I receive and check your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that return postage is your responsibility, unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days with a photo. I’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
